Pete is the easiest to kill with any character. I absolutely LOVE ZERO my playtime proves it (30+ days) anyways I myself can only solo Hyperius and and Pete. Hyperius is pretty straight forward you are just going to need 4 things a DP Harold, a singularity grenade (slag preferred), a good bee, and the skill B0re.Imo, borderlands 2 is much more defense focused until you acquire awesome guns and even then, enemies can still down you with one rocket or some quick bullets to the dome.
